Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline with 15 years of general and specialized experience in Admin/Technical Support Services.
Length of Consultant Experience: not less than 3 years
Job Scope
Engineering, Research, Analytical studies for projects, Identifies and Quantifies major problems affecting Company’s projects, and propose recommendations and reports accordingly. Consultation on wide ranging matters related to field of profession.
Responsibilities:
1- Have thorough knowledge of potential hazards and HSE aspects relevant to upstream petroleum industries and fully aware of the loss prevention concerns, damage control methodologies and facility protection system pertinent to hydrocarbon processing industries.
2- Carries out and leads PHSER (Project HSE Review), HAZOP Study, QRA and other relevant loss prevention program for KOC facilities & operations.
3- Develops and establishes HSE strategies, policies, procedures, and integrity & reliability management standards.
4- Undertakes special assignments, studies or adhoc tasks assigned by management, which may include acting as member on company’s committees.
5- Review and analyze proposals as requested by Management. Accordingly, prepare a detailed plan/programs consisting of the required specification and time frame.
6- Plan, develop, and participate on surveys. Analysis result of surveys and develop specific recommendation for review by management.
7- Conduct continuous research with view to enhance the economic operations or projects within the field of assignment
