Job Scope

Leads a team responsible for supporting early planning and interface activities in relation to Major Projects, ensuring the availability of effective interface tools for managing interfaces between Major Projects and their stakeholders. Organizes and conducts/participates in company's Project Management Systems assessments and other project reviews

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Develops and maintains generic interface management plans for use by Major Projects to
ensure consistency.

2. Leads early planning and/or interface management activities within all Major Projects
organization and supports project commercial agreements, as requested, including the review
of Change Requests to ensure interface issues are recognized and addressed.

3. Promotes clear and concise communications required with Project Management Teams (PMT),
Contractors and Site Teams to ensure continuity in execution of agreements and seamless
transfer of interface information.

4. Interacts effectively with the company's Project Teams and departments to resolve interface issues, utilizing effective communication, initiative, flexibility and influencing skills ensuring that the Project Manager is aware of interface issues which could jeopardizes project objectives.

5. Leads interface coordination meetings with interfacing organizations as requested and
endorses changes and extra work requests as delegated by the Project Integration Manager to
ensure project deliverables are achieved.

6. Coordinates significantly complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for
simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), ensuring that all relevant interfaces are in place to meet
project goals.

7. Reviews complex work tasks within the multi-cultural project environment and leads by
example, demonstrating high integrity, effective communications, management skills,
personal knowledge and experience to deliver tasks to completion.

8. Leads the company's Project Management System assessments and reviews as requested.

9. Manages the resolution and timely close-out of all Major projects interface issues related to
business enhancements on quality, cost, and schedule by providing tools and technical
assistance to impacted teams.

10. Interacts with the company's Project Teams and OPCO Departments to resolve issues utilizing
effective communication, influence, initiative and flexibility

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

10 years' experience with international EPC contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the oil and gas industry and construction of LNG facilities and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

Excellent written and oral English skills.
Excellent time management, scheduling and organizational skills.
Strong negotiating, influencing and commercial skills.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Good systems knowledge of QGPMS, QGMS (or similar) and Industry
Document control practices.
