Focuses on key account contract requirements relating to operations. Manage processes, and works with other departments, to fulfill contract specific requirements.  Work with the Service Technicians, operations management, marketing, purchasing and billing departments to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.  Work with and help develop operations standards and processes centered around standard operating procedures, training requirements, CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), and safety compliance.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Work with stakeholders (customers, technicians, supervisors, directors, etc.) to fulfill contractual requirements related to the operational processes of maintaining natural gas refueling facilities, including customer specific process safety procedures assuring compliance with contract terms

Oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) program, process and management.  Initiate, review and approve PTW’s and completed service orders to ensure critical data is recorded, accurate and complies with contract requirements.  Items such as PTW approvals, labor hours, parts used, compressor hours, tech notes, etc. for completeness and accuracy with contract requirements.

Lead and participate Process Hazards Assessments (PHA) associated with maintenance and repairs of the facilities.  Management of Change (MOC) documentation, etc.

Responsible for CMMS processing service work orders as appropriate, providing necessary reports and providing support to Operations team.

Participate in establishing procedures within the CMMS to improve overall quality and data integrity. Review current Operations Processes and usage of CMMS, including asset management, inspection protocol, preventative maintenance strategy and overall efficiency improvement opportunities.

Routinely communicate processes to technicians and other stakeholders on contract specific requirements and general Operations process improvements

Participate in SCADA strategy task force and establishing a proactive maintenance process, including report development and analysis of information.

Keep abreast of work prioritization processes within Operations, Quality, Safety, and with other stakeholders.

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong experience with Excel. Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software experience desired.

 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

CPM preferred.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 8 years of related Natural Gas station maintenance and operations experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Project management and leadership experience helpful
