Primary purpose of job
To identify and assist in the recruitment of experienced and skilled expatriate candidates in order to meet both divisional departmental business objectives in line with the overall manpower requirement of the Corporation.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in a similar capacity within a HR department preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Good Interpersonal, communication, Negotiation and Diplomatic Skills.
• Behavioral & Competency Based Interviewing Skills.
• International Corporate and Contracting Company experience.
• Cultural Awareness and in depth Knowledge of The Middle East will be an advantage.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
Professional Membership with recognized professional Institute will be an advantage
